An old style house. During many years the dutch government didn't want to give it free for living. During that prohibition I was born in that house (there were rats) and I lived there 15 years. Lately is has been restored and has got a sign on the façade that it belongs to the 'National Trust'. During the 2nd Worldwar some jewish families hid there. This house had a lot of hide places. No need to say that it was a house in a row and 4 stories high. I had to actualize it to make it playable in our simworld.

I wouldn't like to live with rats, I admit. But it looks so inviting ... I'm sure you got rid of those animals or sent them at least to the underground. But we all know: where there is a lot of water there are a lot of rats. I'll sent my two cats and the terrier over - they will learn the rats to do the cleaning and some appreciated work in the house ... $\;\)$
