Jardiniere : 3storey, 5bedroom, 7bathroom large country home with self-contained flat or guest suite.

Ground floor: Entry; open plan living space with fireplace,piano and includes dining; kitchen; den; master bedroom and ensuite bath; family bathroom, plus game room with pool table, chess, bar and double door access to the outdoor entertainment area.

A doublewidth, traditional staircase gives access throughout the house.

Mid-level: This level is dominated by a self-contained apartment - use it for young adult accommodation, house guests or visiting business colleagues. It has a private entrance via exterior staircase, but is available from the interior also. There are an additional 3 bedrooms here - 2 nicely appointed doubles and a twin single set up for young girls [minor decorating changes would make it suitable for boys!]. All bedrooms have ensuite baths.

Top Floor: The upper level is one semi-open area, divided by the stairs. One end contains a large fireplace and has been fitted out as a studio - with amenities for art, sculpting and inventing. The other end of the space contains a very impressive physical fitness set-up with exercise equipment, a tanning booth and juice-bar. A communal bathroom contains 4 stall-toilets and 2 showers.

A spacious, sun terrace - with a view of the gardens and ocean - can be accessed from the studio and a smaller, front facing balcony has entry opposite the stairs in the centre of the main room.

Grounds and Environs: The double garage [with 2 resident vehicles], includes a fully equipped workshop with sink and roller towel. At the rear of this structure is a fire hydrant and the bin area.

There is also a greenhouse and adjacent cold frame - where some grape cuttings are thriving. Well planted [and already producing] vegetable plots are placed across the width of the lot, with a variety of fruit trees as features.

The large outdoor entertainment area has half-glass fencing for protection, good lighting and contains everything for the backyard barbeque expert. A pair of loungers occupy the shade of an apple-tree arch outside the kitchen door.

Grounds are paved and planted with bush roses and low maintenance shrubbery.
