This Little Javierre is a cozy house, for a couple, elderly or young. With plenty of space two sims need, with an open living plan giving people both space and company.

Javierre consists of one big bedroom - connected with a TV-room upstars. Downstairs the kitchen/dining room is linked with a reading corner with a fireplace - for those cozy nights were the chills hit the bones. One toilet and one shower-room - SEPARATED from each other.

Plenty of garden space for whatever your Sims desire to own or grow.
