This is a modern but rustic home with lots of natural materials.
It's a comfortable and relaxing home for up to four sims. Three bedrooms, two baths, a wonderful rustic kitchen, spacious living room, a downstairs lounge to finish off the day relaxing by the fireplace.
Outside is an elevated sun deck with a pool and a hot tub. Two car parking and a relaxing garden with a creek and a koi pond.

Built on 120 Wright Way so it may look strange on a flat lot!!!
