TerraCotta: soft earth-toned brick and terracotta house of 2 storeys with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house has a traditional layout of individual room spaces, with free-flowing arches replacing some solid doors on the ground floor.
An intimate sitting-room, with TV, opens directly from the entry parlour via a timber arch. A pair of similar archways lead off the end of this area and into the game room and main living-room, respectively.
The living area is dominated by a large fireplace and a vibrant wall hanging, while the game room has pool and chess tables, a coffee/snack bar, lounge seating and a pair of bistro tables. There is also access from the living-room to both a small artists' space and the bathroom.
Two further arches give access, firstly to the formal dining room with seating for 8, and from there to the kitchen. The kitchen is quite large and fully equipped with most modern appliances; it contains a 3-seat breakfast bar facing a mural wall, adjacent to the entry from the dining area. Beyond the kitchen, a short hallway leads past the stairway to the upper level,and on to the main bathroom, which has a separate toilet, and then to a full-service laundry. A further door next to the laundry, gives on to the rear yard, as does one at the foot of the stairs, near the kitchen.
On the upper level the layout is simple, with all rooms opening to the short angled hallways off the stairs.
The master suite is large and contains fireplace and TV, both with seating, as well as bedroom and dressing amenities. The master bath has a separate toilet.
The second bedroom, a double, also has it's own bath and the third bedroom, a small single, shares a bathroom with the fitness area.
A comfortable office/study/den -also with TV - rounds out the floorspace on this level.
There are 3 terrace - or balcony - areas with access from the interior of the house. The upper one, with loungers, has doors opening to both the master and second bedrooms. At ground level, one deck is accessed from the game room; it has seating and a dart game and has stairs leading to the pool and garage areas. The final terrace is a continuation of the entry and contains bench seating.
The flagstone-paved grounds are landscaped with easy maintenance plants and small trees. Amenities include the previously mentioned circular pool, bbq area and a sandpit with swing and seesaw - plus a great tree/cubby house, decorated to resemble the main house. There are also loungers on a couple of grassy areas with a view of all the activities in the yard. The single garage contains a handsome motor, suited to the ambience of the house.
TerraCotta was built on the 30x40 lot at 750 Old Farm Road, Riverview. For relocation, it does not have any special requirements, other than a flat block.

You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for TerraCotta.
