Is your sim the typical artist who shut themselves out of the rest of the world before the easel? Maybe he or she also wants to retreat from the rest of the world?
The house is named after the man who built it; Jean De Chansac in the early 1980's. A house built on a hill with a rocky landscape.

The outside has a car parking, a small pond with a waterfall, a jacuzzi. Even an artist needs relaxation from time to time, right?

The ground floor is an open space, divided into two areas; a small kitchen with dining space, and a lifted lounge area with a fireplace.

First floor has a simply styled bathroom, a bedroom with a beautiful view over the lot, and an artist corner.

This lot is suitable for 1 simmer or a couple.
