Violetta is probably best described as a 3bedroom Cottage, although to my mind, it doesn't have a typical cottage shape. It has a modest floorplan, with livingroom, entertaining and meals preparation areas occupying the ground floor - on a very relaxed layout.
Entry from street level is gained via a beautifully carved entry door with stained glass panels, directly into a bright reception area dominated by a wall-width mural. The 2 elevators are located here and there is access to the full bathroom for this floor.
Through an arch leading out of the foyer, and almost the entire living area is in view - TV lounge, main living room and the dining room at the further point adjacent to the kitchen. Said kitchen is large and fully equipped, having 2 stoves plus microwave in addition to most other kitchen appliances. There is an informal meals area just short of
the arch leading to the diningroom. A combined music/sound centre has some space to itself, behind doors, with access from the TV lounge.
There are three bedrooms on the second level - 2 doubles and a single set up for a pre-teen boy. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath, while the others share the second bathroom. Surplus space in the upper hallway - created for the two elevators - has been utilised as a games/workout station - with a treadmill, weightbench and a game table.
A sunlounge is conveniently positioned on the back deck, together with an easel for the budding artist, while - just off the deck- an astronomer's telescope has pride of place on a special platform with unparallelled views of the ocean.
The block is a modest 30x30 and is mainly laid to grass, with scattered, mature poplars for effect - floral landscaping has been kept to a minimum.

Violetta was created on a purpose built 30x30 lot on the last but one site on Redwood Parkway, between Nos.100 and 180. However, it only requires a flat 30x30 with no other special needs.
I have all EPs and all but the Garden Stuff pack, installed in my game.
