Created for: The Sims 3
The main part of EA's Simhenge: separated, residential and recolorable. I decided to add a few random carvings to the rock as intesting recolor variations: the first is the original EA Simhenge texture with the Simlish letters on it. The second is from the entrance stone at the famous Newgrange tomb mound in Ireland. The third is from the 900AD Danish/German Hedeby Stone (aka Skarthi Stone) featuring Norse runes as a tribute to King Sveinn/Sweyn Forkbeard's English campaigns. The fourth is from the Janus Stones on Boa Island, Ireland. The fifth is from one of several stones featuring Ogham letters, a type of Old-Medieval Irish. The last is from the beautiful Uppland runestone U 460 in Skramsta, Sweden, reading 'Ingefast had the stone raised in memory of Olev, his father, and Od in memory of her husband'.
