The skin looks beautiful, but the link is broken. The default version has the same issue.

Mods folder: libraries/documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3
Add folder, name it mods, get into the mods folder, which will be empty, add a folder, name it overrides, add another one, name it packages, download resource.cfg Search for: The sims 3-quick tutorial-how to create mods folder on youtube, and then there will be 2 links for reasource.cfg in case the 1st or 2nd one doesn't work. I personally downloaded the 2nd one, but it doesn't really matter...and then put resource.cfg into your mods folder. When youre done with all of that, you can download skins. Put them into the packages folder in libraries/documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/mods/packages. Hope I helped. And, some files need to be extracted, but you need winrar for those ones. xoxoxo \:\)
