A big welcome to you Mae! I miss her on the site, but for you it must be heartbreaking to miss her in your life. I think it is so sweet of you to keep AbsintheBess alive thru Bessies stories, and I think it is absolutely wonderfuland brave you are going to do a story on Bess. Hi Mae, you will be welcomed into this community with open arms, of that I am sure $\:\)$ Bess made an impact here and it is good to know that there will be someone to continue her legacy. There were days when Bess and I would have "conversations" through the guestbook - not the most convenient or speedy way, but I think it helped me to know her a little bit. I look forward to reading your story about her, but please don't feel pressured to rush it as I am sure it will not be an easy task. I thought you should know that I will be dedicating my next story to her memory $\:\)$

Mae, it sounds like a wonderful idea, and when you finish it I would love to read it...even though the people on here have never met face to face because of the time we spend together we all consider ourselves friends and it's heart wrenching to know that I won't see her around here anymore...I can't even begin to imagine how you feel, but I will be thinking of you and your family and I will be especially thinking of Bess...I have her bookmarked on my profile page and it will always remind me of her as her avatar is one of the first things I see on here everyday. love to you all.

TSR storytelling will not be the same without you... Mae, my deepest sympathies are with you. I have just heard about Bessie. I'm so very sorry. A dedicated section will be in the latest edition of TSS Magazine (Margo's lovely idea). I am glad to hear you will be continuing Bessies' legacy. I'm sure Bess would have loved that. Bless you

Mae, I'm so saddend to your news of Bess passing on. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know. The last time I spoke to her she said she wasn't very well over Christmas and I hadn't heard from her, but I was hoping for the best. She was such a sweetie. She was always speaking her mind whether it be good or bad and I admired that about her, she really told it how it was. I think she achieved alot on TSR the short time she was here and I feel blessed to have been her friend on here. I can't imgaine how hard it must be for you & your family during this time but my thought's and prayers go out to you. Bess may be gone but she will live on in the hearts & memories of her family and friends. She was a brave young girl and I will cherish the fun & friendship we had. Love, Jen.

Hi Mae. I am so sorry. You and your family have my deepest sympathies and I will keep you in my thoughts. Thank you so much for letting me know. I got the feeling from something she said that things were not going as well with her therapy as hoped, but I really didn't expect ... Bess will be very sorely missed. This place has lost one of its brightest sparks and I feel I have lost one of my dearest friends even though we "knew" each other only a short time. All my love, Judi

I've just read about Bess passing away...My heart goes out to her family and friends, and friends she made on here, because I know how I feel at the moment so I know you must be all feeling it too..I only knew her for a short while, but I loved her stories. Bess and her stories brightened my day. I will miss her. I can't quite believe it.

Oh dear God; I'm so sorry Mae! I will really miss your sister but for you this situation must be horrible. The moment I read your message, I've litten a candle, not only for Bessie but as well for you and your family. Althought not knowing each other personally, I feel if though I have lost someone very dear. I wish you a lot of strenght and thank you for having told me. Love. Margo.

Oh my god... Mae.... I am so sorry! What a terrible news. I have no words. I know she was sick, but I never imagined she could die, not soon at least... I am so very sorry. This must be very difficult for you and your family. Bess was fun to have around, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her here. I hope in time you will find the strenghth and are up to keeping AbsintheBess alive thru her stories. Thank you for letting me know. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. Hi Bess! How are you? When is your story going to be out? Chapter 2 of my story got featured! And I just submitted chapter 3. There's 5 chapters in all.
