House beside the Lake,
This house has a livingroom with a nice view over the pond and the rest over the garden. On that same floor is a nice kitchen with diningarea in further in the house is a small study area. the 2 bedrooms and bathroom are also on the first floor.
On the second floor there is a seperate room for a spare bedroom or whatever your sim likes. I put a gym in.

This house was build on a 36x47 lot (in Sunset valley at the lot in the right corner next to the community lake/fishing pond lot)

Unfurnished it is 53332 simoleons
furnished it is 90078 simoleons
