This is a second version of the Modern Moca, a chocolate brown small town house, with a modern touch. This time, there are a lot of CC (many thanks for the work of the artists!). Tested in game and perfect for a couple, this two story house has a mezzanine and a porch. A 20 x 20 lot should be fine for fitting it in your town. Sorry for my lack of talent in photography, but I hope you like it!

Ambitions, Seasons, University and Pets are needed.
