Hi Ellie $\:D$ I just noticed your wonderful comment on White Chapel Hill. I didn't know anyone was looking at my older creations lol! I believe I made the first church for TS3, I felt since we had a town we needed a chapel for sims to go and get married. Thank you for such a lovely compliment. Hello, Ellie! Thanks so much for the great comment on my 'Wedding Chapel'. It made me smile. $\:\)$ I ended up making two versions of the chapel for my hoods. The one I uploaded will serve as just a chapel for my Simmies to frequent on special days, and I did end up using the 'Romanza' set in the other. Other than the flowers not being recolourable (ridiculous and disappointing), EA did a nice job on the set. $\;\)$ Hope your Sims enjoy the chapel as well. Have a great day! ~ Pene

Haha...well Ellie, my 'Local Laundromat' is a little posh, but don't our little Sims deserve it? $\:D$ I used the high end washer and dryer, and figured since they were going to have to pay 60 Simoleons to do their laundry, then it should be in a comfortable environment. $\:D$ By the way, if you are going to be looking for a wedding chapel, take a peek at my 'Upcoming Items' section on my minisite. I got that new wedding set from the Sims 3 store, and wanted to put it all in a chapel for one of my Sim couples that will be getting married, so I built one. My uploaded version is non CC of any kind, though. I know not everyone buys the store stuff. $\:\)$ Have a wonderful day!

Hello, Ellie! Thanks so much for the lovely comments on my 'Classic Living 3 and Hometown Style 2' lots. Glad you like them. $\:wub\:$ FYI, pretty much all of my lots that I upload from now on will be CC free (other than the occasional official Sims 3 store content). As I use my lots for my own gameplay and save them off to the side in case of having to re-install, I'm finding it's just easier to build with the game objects only, that way I don't have to worry if something will work right in the lot months down the line after new patches come along, or if I decide that I don't want the CC that may be in the lot. So, keep an eye out, more lots are on the way. Building is keeping me busy until Ambitions comes out. $\;\)$ Did you happen to see my lastest two lots? I don't know if they are something you'd like or if they fit in with your neighborhood style, but they are CC free as well. $\:\)$

Lovely lady...I was so thrilled to see your kind comments on the Simasia 1 and 2 lots! $\:wub\:$ It always tickles me when you like something I've built. $\:D$ One bit of good news, though, is that you don't need a "visa" to play the lots.
