Thanky you again for all of the above. ~ jtmax *Please note - If you downloaded 'Victoria Garden Manor' (VGM) when it was first published Oct 2, '09 (and before Oct 15, '09), you may have noticed it did not show up in the game library and therefore could not be placed on lots in the towns. It was a game glitch that caused this. VGM has been corrected, the revised file uploaded and it was re-published Oct. 15th.The revised lot now does show up in the library and can be successfully placed on lots in the towns. Please re-upload VGM and remember to uninstall the first version from the 'installed content' section of the game launcher before installing the "revised Oct 15" download version. I'm sorry for the confusion and thank you for downloading. ~ jtmax

Hey I read your post on my tread I really get what your saying I also know what happend just check out the tread. The answer is in there. TSR is still working hard to get the Sims 3 part of the site the same as the Sims 2 part it will take until next yeasr to get it all right untill that we have to go along with what we have and the improvements they do everyday.

Heheh here I am again, just found out that you commented on The Manor as well and what a super compliment you gave me, I'm blushing Yes it took a while before I was satisfied with the building and the garden I couldn't get it as I had it in mind so it was standing a while in the neighborhood without any progress till I had the feeling now it will be going as I want..this is the result and I really hope you like it when you have download it and put it in your game!

Hi Thank you so much for your great comment on my own Painted Lady. I'm glad you like it. yours is asome too. I had the same upload problem as you the file was 30MB So I took most of the CC out of it for the Sims 3 the CC is just to heavy.now it's like 16MB or something like that. Enjoy more Victorian houses are under construction now.....stay tunned..... Greets Mike

Hello Ithiago! I came by and downloaded the rest of your creations. They're all great I didn't realize that you're Brazilian. I've been to Brazil many times. What a beautiful country! It's one of my favorite places in the world. The beaches are fabulous, the people are warm and friendly, the food is amazingly good, and the scenery is spectacular. Congrats on Brazil being the first S.A. nation to host the Olympics. I may have to come back down there for that ~ Sofi
