DOMES BLEUS is a striking, well appointed four story home featuring rooftop entertaining area with spa, barbeque area and pool.
From the sandstone exterior to the color-coordinated interior, this home will appeal to even the fussiest of Sims.
Outside a low maintenance garden, paved pathways and elegant palms create a relaxed atmosphere.
First floor contains the kitchen dining area, complete with breakfast bar and formal dining table. There is a small reading nook, a television area, game room with pool table and a cosy fireplace. Access to the back yard is via the back door in the kitchen. There is also a half bathroom.
Second floor contains the sleeping areas, with two double bedrooms, which share a generous bathroom, spacious office with its own bathroom, cinema screen television room with ample seating, laundry and a relaxing anteroom.
Third floor contains the master bedroom suite. Here you will find a very spacious double bedroom with a partitioned off sitting room with television and bookshelves. There is also the master bathroom complete with corner bath, shower, toilet, vanity and powder room area, accented by a privacy screen of aloe vera plants. This floor has access to two patios. One giving views to the rear of the house, the other slightly smaller one giving view to the front.
the top floor contains the entertaining area which includes spa, pool with a waterfall feature, barbeque area, ample seating under a protective dome, a brazier and a small room with all in one bathroom, seating and a stereo with speakers on external wall so you can have music outside. Palms and flowers form a semi privacy screen and add ambience. There are also two easel for the artist in you and a telescope for the star gazers.
With beautiful furnishings and quality fittings throughout, this home will delight all who see it.

This is an original whisperingsim creation, I build these free houses for use and enjoyment in YOUR game only, so, PLEASE, do not re-upload it anywhere, or use it as a template to build a lot for upload, or claim it as your own, but, you are free to do as you wish in your own game. I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into The Future, but NOT including Katy Perry and diesel, installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed, but this will not affect the installation or play for Domes Bleus. Domes Bleus will sit on any flat 30 x 30 lot and was built in Sunset Valley.
