Pink Pallisades started life as an ugly duckling and was lovingly transformed into a gorgeous, albeit, pink swan.
This now stunningly landscaped and elegantly furnished house started its life as an ex pirates abode. It once had recycled ships timber walls and furnishings, and was really too large for todays families.
With new carpet throughout and quality fittings and fixtures, it is now a bright, welcoming home.
Featuring 3 levels, two deck areas with marble tiled floors, and undercover parking, it will suit the most discerning Sim.
Ground level features a Double Bedroom, full bathroom, and large living area, complete with state of the art music system, Large screen tv, grand piano and a cosy reading nook,
Second level incorporates stunning fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining table is large enough to seat the biggest family.
Third level comprises color coordinated main bedroom and stunning ensuite. This level has it's own outdoor deck area.
The garden has been fully landscaped, and is low maintenance. Featuring pink hydrangeas, pansies, daisies and dianthus, and unobtrusive night lighting. Two Cypress trees give the front yard an even more elegant look.
