Good! You are still here! We are proud to present to you the conclusion of our French Adventure, or should we say our daughter's French Adventure! Yes, kids grow up fast. We don't own our children as Khalil Gibran once wrote:

"You may give them your love but not your thoughts,
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow,
which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams."

Thanks Caridina for your lovely Tessa! Thanks my dearest sis Barb! I love you!
Thanks wonderful artists for creating our much needed CC!

“No one’s here Sebastien…! Now, what do we do? I was hoping to talk to Tessa.” Later at home, Sebastien went on the net to see what flights were available to Sunset Valley… because, somehow… that’s where they were planning to go.
“Let’s seee… www.TravelCheap.com…Didier… Listen up… How fast can you pack your bag! There’s a flight leaving tomorrow morning! “
Meanwhile, Tessa was home and picked up the phone to give her good friends in Sunset an important call.
“Fred? Is Barb there with you? I’ve got something to tell you, you won’t believe!”
"Hey Tessa! How are you?...Yes Barb is here… Where’s the fire?.... You did? …You WHAT? You’ve got to be kidding… well…hahaha…"
“Fred!...What???? What is it?”
"… and so I said to them… I KNOW!! Can you believe that? It is kinda funny…I know… Yes…uhuh… Break it to them gently I would say so too!" "Oh…we definitely will hon… hahaha… Oh god… this actually is not that funny. OK…You be good! See you later when the year’s over I guess!" “Well Fred, What was that all about?”
“OMG Barb you would never believe it. The girls don’t know yet, but we have to find a way to tell them.”
“Freddie what in the world are you talking about?”
“Hahaha Barb, it seems our daughters fell in love with twins!”
"Hakuna Matata Freddie… Don’t look so worried. This is good news I suppose!" Back in France the next morning, Sebastian and Didier, The Marceau Twins, the heart breaker brothers, woke up. Ready to go to the airport for a well deserved vacation to Sunset Valley. Was it a vacation? Or maybe more of a mission? "Sebastien! Are you all packed? We have to go!" "Are you planning on staying a month brother? What’s with all the suitcases!"
"I packed your stuff too Didier, so please call a taxi and stop complaining."
"Alright! Sunset Valley! Here we come."
After a long flight and a fresh change of clothes, the twins finally arrived in the land of
surf and sun... “Sebas did you get our reservations?”
“Oui bother, I did. It’s the Sunnyside Inn and they are expecting us now.”
“Well, what are we waiting for! Lets go!”
“Didier, now that we have lodgings, I’m ready to find the girls.”
“Hold on there Romeo, lets take it easy here. I am as anxious as you are but lets not hurry. They may not be ready to see us yet.”
“Brother, what a beautiful place this is.”
“Oui, it sure is.”
After a good nights rest the boys went searching.
“I know the Collina address. I got it from Tessa. Matter of fact I have Crystals too.”
“WHAT! Why did you not tell me this?”
“I’m sorry D it just slipped my mind.”
"Wow! Will you look at this place! Can’t WAIT to see the girls!"
"Didier… Wait… It just occurred to me… the girls don’t know there’s two of us…"
"Oh…Sebastien, I think they know by now. Tessa surely did tell them…did she not?"
Ringing the doorbell no one answered. " I guess they’re not home…"
“Sebastian, I think I’ll head to Crystals now, what say we meet back at the Inn?”
“Sure Bro, sounds great. Good luck man.”
“Oui, thanks and you too.”
"Hello….may I help you?"
"Olala… errr… je suis…errr…my name is Sebastien Marceau…sorry for intruding your property…ai ai"
"Holly…well… she is not home.”
“Monsieur, do you know where she might be?”
“Out, she’s out.”
“Please Monsieur, let her know Sebastien was here, please give her this number… she can reach me at that number.”
“Yes… OK I’ll do that.”
"You just send him on his way? You did not invite him in????" "Oh brother... You men..." "Well Geezzz... Fred... How was I supposed to know?"
"Now, Sean... What would a young French man, going by the name of Sebastien, have to do with us here in Sunset, looking for Holly maybe??... Gosh..."
Didier found Crystals house without any problem. Tessa can really give great directions,
for a girl. Standing at the door he became somewhat intimidated when this fierce looking Indian came to the door.
"Hi Monsieur. I am Didier Marceau, a friend of Crystals. Would she be home by any chance?" Upon hearing Crystal’s father he became even more intimated then before. After finding out that she was not home, Didier gave Nita a calling card to pass on to Crystal. “Please Monsieur have her call this number. It is most important that I speak with her.” Nita spoke something in his native tongue that Didier did not understand. He then bid farewell to the Warrior Nita and almost ran back to the Inn. Finally getting to the Inn. “Didier what’s wrong with you? Was she home?”
“No Sebas she was not at home. But her father was, man I tell you what I wouldn’t want to make him mad...oh wait… maybe he already is.”
“Well you should have seen Holly’s father.”
Over the next couple of days life went on as normal as they thought it could be. None were the wiser that there was a certain someone or should I say certain someones who were in town. Crystal and Holly were having a blast just hanging out together. They were never home, nor did they receive any information from either of their parents. “Hey cuz, where are your shoes?”
“You know Holly they won’t let you go in there without shoes on your feet.”
“You wanna bet?”
“What do you want to do this weekend? Lets check the paper and see what going on.” “Hey Crystal, there’s a party going on at the Sunnyside Inn tomorrow. Sounds
like a lot of fun, wanna go? It says from 3 till whenever.”
“Yeah, that’s the new place that just opened not too long ago. Yeah lets go, check it out.”
“Great cuz it’s a date.”
Back at the Inn Sebastien looked out over the ocean. Thoughts running through his mind. Not a single breeze was felt. Holly hadn’t called him, she must be still mad at him. Oh god… what if she didn’t want to see him anymore? Did she know already? Hasn’t her father told her by now that he came over to see her? It’s been a few days. Worry was finding its way into the heart of Sebastian. “The Inn keeper is having a party tomorrow. I think he put an advertisement in the paper. Hey Didier, has Crystal called you yet?”
“No brother she has not.”
“I hope maybe that the girls read the paper.”
“Oui, me too.”
Early the next day the girls went to the Sunnyside Inn. They wanted to get there
before everyone else did. “Race you to the pool.” Holly shouted.
“How about something to drink? BTW… In 15 days we are drinking our sundowners at the Market Square in Champs les Sims again… I don’t know how I feel about that…”
“I know what you mean. I’m a bit nervous myself.”
"Are you up for another of these colorful cocktails?"
"I don’t know Cuz… I am feeling kinda sleepy. I’m going to go lounge in one of those long chairs.”
“I think I’ll join you.”
“Do you think we will see HIM again Holly? And have you thought about how it will be from now on?”
“Crystal, you are so funny, are you ever going to stop calling him HIM.”
“Nope... prolly not.”
And as the day grew longer and the warm fuzzy feelings running around within the girls, it didn’t take long…..before they fell soundly asleep.
‘Mon cher, je comprend …pas de chance…son père a notre numéro de téléphone ?’
‘Oui…Mais elle ne m'a pas encore contacté…'
Words spoken in the very seductive French language floated into the dreams of the sleeping girls. Or so they thought…..
“Holly....wake up.......wake up....Holly!... Listen...." As they became fully awake, they no longer heard the voices that were in their dreams.
“What was it Crystal?” “Holly I swear I heard HIM…but there is silence now.”
“HIM! god Crystal... he has a name.”
“Well, what is it… I mean which name? Sebastien or Didier?”
“Shhhh…listen….”
Hearing movement behind them the girls got up.
“Crystal? are we dreaming? Do you see what I see?”
“Holly, please pinch me.”
As the girls walked up to the young men from France who had stolen their hearts, heart beats quickened. “OMG… there are two of you!???”
‘Oui, did not your fathers and mothers tell you of us?”
“Holly, it looks like we have to have a chat with our parents.”
“I just feel so stupid, we ...well... not being able to tell there were two of you. You both
look so much alike. Thank god you are twins!”
“What are you doing here in Sunset?”
“Mes chéris, looking for the two of you of course.”
For the girls and the guys life was good again.
“La vie est belle mon frère.”
“ Oui, it is, frère”
"With the girls back in France Barb, I will have to focus more on Rowan. He thinks he owns the place here."
"I know Fred... The last one of the babies is growing up now too. But I am happy this French adventure ended well."
