After landing in the water and coming back up to the surface, Lara swam over to the side of the cliff and started rock climbing her way up. She went as fast as she could until she reached the top, and saw her precious motorbike there waiting for her. Flicking the kick stand and she was off in a smokey dust cloud. Lara saw where Natla had gone. She saw clearly their yacht and was making her way towards it. She ignored the 'No Thru Road' signs and in fact sped up. The yacht was in her sights now, and as the road ended and Lara went flying through the air, it was all she could think about. However she was coming a bit short, she was going to miss the yacht. She got out her grapple hook mid-air and swung it at the railing of the yacht, it caught on strongly and Lara pulled herself up and onto it. Quietly Lara opened up a small hatch on the yacht's deck, and carefully lowered herself down into it. She just had to hope that nobody would have any need to open this hatch. After a while Lara noticed the yacht had stopped. She listened as she heard Natla and Larson's voices talking and heard them all pile into a smaller boat. The chugging of the power boat they used was getting more and more distant until it was gone. Lara opened up her small hatch and climbed out. She saw a small cave in the side of the cliff. The most likely place they would have gone. Without thinking about it, Lara dived in the water and followed. Swimming into a small cave Lara noticed Natla's empty power boat tied off to the side. Stepping out of the water she decided to have a look around. There were some small lights around the cave making everything clearly visible. To her left Lara noticed some cargo containers that had Natla's Company logo on them, but when she looked inside they were all empty. There was no obvious direction that they could have gone, so Lara walked back to their boat and from there followed their footsteps through a wall of water. She was led through a series of paths and tunnels through what looked like a mine shaft. Suddenly coming to an opening Lara jumped down and started to look around this new room.
The immediate thing she saw was the set of train tracks; she followed them with her gaze and saw what was supposedly the way through. Just to make sure Lara checked the other way first. It was nothing but a dead end, and it was now clear in which direction to head. Following Natla seemed to be far too easy, Lara was thinking as she made her way for the other end. But as she was coming up to the archway, who was waiting for her? None other than Larson. Lara rolled her eyes.

"Sorry darlin'. This is the end of the line." Larson smirked.
"Larson just get out of the way, this has nothing to do with you" "What's it got to do with you? The Scion belongs to Natla; face it, you've got no business here" "I don't have time for this Larson, get out of my way." "What you gonna do? C'mon Lara, I just work here. Now I know how bad you want this but I can't let you pass" Lara was running low on time and didn't want to have another confrontation with Larson, so she decided the good old running past him would work. She was confident she could outrun him once she got past. So without hesitating Lara went for it, darting back and forth before she saw her opening. The glimmer of hope that Larson wouldn't be able to stop her. The dream was crushed though when she felt his hands grabbing her waist and pulling her back. Quickly Lara shot her elbow into the direction of his head, and managed to escape his grasp. Running as fast as she could, she noticed Larson clumsily following her. Lara turned a corner and felt instantly a wave of heat as she came to an opening. There was a flowing lava river running down below her and her path had been cut off. She made a running leap and followed the couple of stepping stones that were raised above the lava. It wasn't until she'd safely made it to the other side that she turned around to see if Larson was still following her. She was quite relieved to see that he wasn't. He didn't dare follow her through the unstable stepping stones, but instead it appeared he called Natla, to tell her of Lara's impending arrival. It didn't matter though; Lara was going to get the Scion back even if Natla knew she was coming.
