A smaller version of the Amityville Horror House as it can be seen in present times minus the dock and the boat house that is the extension of the garage. I've provided pictures of the original house to compare. The house is built on a 25 X 50 lot in Aurora Falls and can be placed in any town. The house is three floors fully furnished and decorated while still allowing for the player to add their own decorating flair.

Main floor-2 sun rooms, large kitchen which includes laundry, large dining room, powder room, large living room
Second Floor- master bedroom, teen bedroom, nursery, master bath, second full bath
Third Floor- two bedrooms
No basement
2 car garage
