Created for: The Sims 3

A colonial style country mansion. This house is perfect for sims who need a lot of space. The first floor features a fairly open floorplan with the entry hall opening into the dining room and a large great room. Off the great room is a small sitting area which leads to the sunroom and an open kitchen. A wet bar is located between the dining room and the sitting room. And a separate hallway from the kitchen leads to a powder room, the laundry room and the garage. The first floor also features a study, a second powder room and a large master suite with attached bathroom and office. Please see picture for more details! On the second floor are 4 large bedrooms, 2 with attached bathrooms and a family bathroom. I left the upstairs bedrooms unfurnished. The attic is also finished and fully accessible. Outside is a small garden area and a pool.
