Greystone, 2storey, 4bedroom, 4-1/2 bathroom contemporary dwelling with great potential for relaxing out of doors, located as it is right on the beach. There are covered verandahs with seating on three sides of the house plus an extra glass canopied deck on one. The outdoor entertaining/eating area is also 'under glass'.
The four bedrooms - on the top level - comprise the master suite [with walk-in dressing room and ensuite bath], a second double, a twin single and a single. The second bedroom has an ensuite bath, and the singles share one more. This floor also is home to the in-house fitness centre; this has a range of quality exercise equipment, plus a refreshment bar, fridge and coffee machine.
Downstairs, a short passageway off the spacious entry foyer leads to a small halfbath, and on the other side a longer hallway gives access to the kitchen/diningroom and the main livingroom [both of which have a fireplace] then on further to the office and finally to sliding doors leading to the outdoor entertaining area. The main bathroom and an artists work-area completes the ground floor.
Greystone is solid value family living on the beach in Sunset Valley. It requires only a flat 30x30 lot.

Greystone is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Island Paradise] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Greystone
