Pinochle Lodge mixes country comfort and modern decor and appliances, adding up to a very liveable use of space on a small lot, which will fit into any neighbourhood.
Pinochle Lodge stands to 3 storeys, of mellow sandstone brick with Western Red Cedar trim; the topmost level comprising just a simple office/study/studio with access to a small terrace. Here will be found all-weather seating and a pair of mounted telescopes.
Mid-level are the bedrooms - the master suite and a twin single - both have ensuite baths, and the main bedroom has a decorated fireplace, polished wood floors and a slightly decadent purple colour-scheme. The single bedroom is simply furnished in grey-blue and has the added amenity of a twin study area - an archway separates it from the sleeping space.
Ground level comprises a delightful entry/reception area - inviting and full of light, with sliding glass doors maitainning the privacy of the livingroom from casual callers. The livingroom has a feature fireplace with TV over, plenty of conversation seating and access to the elevator, which services all 3 floors.
Adjacent to the lift, sliding doors allow entry to the pool, fountain and BBQ areas, while inside, a decorative arch leads into the kitchen, and the diningroom. The kitchen is expansive, with glass splashbacks, up to the minute appliances and the convenience of a 2-seat breakfast bar. The dining area has seating for 6, but would accommodate 8 without crowding. A custom bar setup is a feature here, as is a third, pretty fireplace.
Outside amenities include the BBQ kitchen already mentioned, shaded tables for meals, a fairly large, sunken pool with dive board, and a lowlevel fountain with water features.
All travel areas are paved and there is a single vehicle garage under the roofline. Gardens are very low-to-nil maintenance, consisting of potted palms, marguerite daisies and marigolds - and the passion vines in the covered entry should provide some sweet treats this coming summer.
Pinochle Lodge was created on the lot at 2350 Pinochle Point, but will happily sit on any flat 30x30 lot [or larger if you plan to expand :)].

I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Island Paradise] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. If you do not have some EP/SPs installed in your game, any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Pinochle Lodge.
