Mint Creme is a 3bedroom, 2 bathroom family home; it's room spaces are laid out so as to make the most of the floorplan and keep bottlenecks to a minimum.

The main entrance is situated at the top of a set of shallow steps, between the two garage spaces. This leads into a small vestibule, then through arches directly to either the kitchen or the livingroom. Double width stairways in both these rooms, give access to the upper level. Here will be found the main bathroom, the main bedroom with it's ensuite bath, plus double and twin single bedrooms. There are balconies at front and rear of this floor - the front one containing a chess table, the other an easel and telescope. A small sitting area is provided on the upstairs landing.

Both garages also have direct entry into the vestibule.
