Magnolia Way is a 3-storey residence in the mid-range for both price and size. It was custom built, with a split-level garden, on the hillside lot at 180 Wright Way, Sunset Valley. It would also be quite happy on the adjoining lot. with very little adjustment.

It has 2 double bedrooms - one of which could be a guestroom if required - and 4 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite sauna and separate bath. . . and the sauna itself is multi-functional in that your Sims may enjoy a mud bath, a refreshing hydrating bath or a conventional steam treatment, as the fancy takes.

Other amenities include a well-equipped workout station and recovery room on the top floor, an ensuite bath for the guest bedroom, a galley-style kitchen with dining area, a sunroom with stereo and jukebox - as well as 2 generous size pools and a fully equipped barbeque kitchen on the lower pool deck. The lot is fully fenced, paved and landscaped, including mature magnolia trees to lend atmosphere and eye-appeal at street level.
