where is the modular sofa from?

I have had the same issue as @urwhatudeserve. I think this is my favorite home i have ever downloaded. However, my sims get trapped going up and down the stairs. I tried resetting them, deleting and redoing the staircase, replacing the lot in another place etc.. and nothing seems to fix the glitch. If you have any fix please let me know - this is a home I wanted very much to play in

Stairs from the basement to the first floor doesn't work? I mean the ones that are inside the house. My sim would go to the top of the stairs and then just go down. I tried reseting the sim and it didn't work. Another thing is, my sim doesn't complain like they can't do that action because there's something in the way, they simple go up and then down. Can you help me? Thank you and sorry if my english isn't very clear
