'Perched high on itls stilt footings, this magnificent home takes advantage of it's height above the surrounding properties to look out to sea' . . . so ran the default description for EA's Cormorant lot in Sunset Valley.
I have always liked the basic concept of this Lot, but not the whole, so have taken the liberty of re-visiting Cormorant and using the framework of the original, but adding features that I prefer - or removing those I could live without!
I hope you like this interpretation.
