Rockpools is a modern, 3storey, 3bedroom/3bathroom summer residence with the main emphasis on enjoyment of water activities; it boasts a huge swimmingpool, a lily pool under the waterfall that flows down an enormous rock pile, a separate pool bar for adults and an outdoor hot tub. These are complemented by a covered dance pavilion with jukebox, a BBQ grill and plenty of poolside seating, both for relaxation and taking meals; there is also a one-stop 'bathroom' at the rear of the pool deck. A waterplay area is provided for younger Sims [or the young at heart] . . and for the more energetic there is a large trampoline in the side garden. All these areas are fenced with low hedging to keep roaming animals off the premises!
There are reflective surfaces on all levels of the building's facade, which makes for an interesting street level view.
The ground floor features a sunken livingroom - 4 steps down from the entry foyer - and then 4 steps up to a small landing which accommodates the elevator. An archway here leads into the combined diningroom/kitchen and the first of 3 bathrooms.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the next level. The main bedroom has an ensuite bath and access to a private sunroom. [A stair from this little sittingroom leads down to the pool deck.] The remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. Double doors at the end of the central hallway lead out to a small open-air exercise station and a semi-detached library/study centre. This is light-filled and inviting . . and has computer access.
The upper level is home to a glass enclosed artists' studio and a well-equipped and atmospheric alchemist's den.
There is off-street parking for a single vehicle [which is included]. Rockpools was created on the lot at 250 Redwood Parkway, SV.

Rockpools is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Island Paradise] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Rockpools.
