Springs Starter is not a 'starter' in the old, accepted form wherein penny-pinching often resulted in something short on style.

Today's Sims require something with a bit more dash and splash when they first venture into home ownership . . and Springs Starter provides it.

Built for the upwardly mobile Sim couple, who are established in their chosen field, are thinking of starting a family, or who have a baby already, this 2 storey home has a very small footprint, but sufficient space to grow with the family, as the nursery can easily become a bedroom in it's own right. The flat roof style also allows trouble-free addition of an extra floor [or floors] as this becomes necessary - so the initial outlay is an investment for the future, rather than a stop-gap purchase.

The main living area on the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, with seating catering for casual meals and a more formal dining experience; there's a comfortable lounge with TV, stereo and a conversation area, and this level includes a full bathroom.

The top floor is taken up by the master suite and the nursery.

There is a generously sized pool at the rear of the house - with loungers for lazy days - BBQ facilities are there also . The frontage is enhanced by a trio of fountains with active water and seating to enjoy them.

A feature of the house is the basement garage. It might look impossible to enter/exit - but this is the Sims, remember? Your Sim will have no trouble driving that sporty car as you [and he/she] will soon discover.

So . . walk right in . sit right down . . and begin to enjoy Springs Starter.
