Have you ever been up close and personal with the entree-plate sized perfection of the flowers of a mature Magnolia? Breathed deeply of the delicious lemony scent ? . . . if you have, then you will immediately be able to recall that experience, no matter how far in the past it occurred. If you have not, then you have missed something special.
Tre Magnolie has three of these majestic and magnificent trees as the focus of it's landscape - just imagine the scented air on a still evening . . absolute sensory overload. The house isn't bad either!
Set rather higher than is usual on it's stone foundation, Tre Magnolie has a striking black and white facade, providing a splendid foil for the lushly planted gardens which surround it, and it just so happens that the magnolias are in full bloom and at their best, right now!
A pair of crystal-clear aquaria dominate the entry foyer and this opens onto an open-plan, living space. . . only the bathroom and a couple of utility rooms are walled off . . although there are divider screens which allow a certain intimacy within the open concept. Here we will find a TV lounge, a comfortable livingroom with fire and music centre,
formal diningroom and a chef's kitchen with meal bar. The bathroom has both bath and shower, and a separate makeup/dressing counter, thus leaving the handbasin area free for it's main purpose. At the rear of the living area is a small artists studio and finally, a very well appointed laundry with access to the outside [there is similar access at the rear of the livingroom]. Washer and dryer are available, and outdoor drying is also possible on the stand provided in the yard.
Upstairs are facilities for the more passive pursuits . . . . directly ahead off the landing is the master suite - bedroom/retreat and ensuite bath with it's relaxing mural walls; then clockwise around the landing will be found . . . the draughting office, an exercise gym with integrated bath, main office with computer and filing system and, lastly, the second bedroom with it's own ensuite bath.
There is lockup garaging for 2 vehicles, plus an outdoor, gated, park space for 1 - for guests, visiting tradesmen or deliveries. There is a roomy, undeveloped area inside the garage building which could become a workshop, hobby room, sculpting studio - or anything you fancy - even a 'doghouse' for those rare occsions when things are a bit strained indoors, as can happen in even the happiest households LOL
. . . oh, and there is a full size trampoline in the rear garden, complete with lighting to allow for around the clock use.
