1019 Dogwood Lane is a 4 bedroom, 3 storey contemporary residence with a separate, but connected, 2-level poolhouse/gym;. it also has a double garage [with 1 vehicle].
Layout:
Ground floor comprises living areas - lounge/family room, kitchen and dining,. The main bathroom is also on this floor - it's amenities include a hot tub.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, twin bunk single bedroom, design office/studio, bathroom. There are balconies at each end of the hallway, one contains a telescope and the other, seating. A further small deck opens from the office/stuido and contains an easel.
Top floor: main bedroom with sittingroom and ensuite bath.
Poolhouse: ground level contains the lap pool with diving board and a general purpose bathroom. Upper level has exercise equipment and a tabletennis setup.Access to the first floor of the main house is via a connecting stair on this level.
The garage has parking for 2 vehicles, and 1 [a family mover] is included.
As the name suggests, this lot was built on and for the lot at 1019 Dogwood Lane, Riverview., however, it may be placed on any suitably sized flat block.

1019 Dogwood Lane is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for 1019 Dogwood Lane.
