Has your Sim family attained all - or most - of it's ambitions . . are they looking for someplace to spend their well-earned leisure, not to mention money? Look no further than this large family residence overlooking the ocean and with 360degree views from it's lofty position on the Point above Sunnyside Strand . . .

Ambitions is 4 levels of comfort and convenience. It is not lavish or trendy, but it does have a full range of amenities and plenty of extras to cater for, say, unexpected guests or adult children returning to 'the nest' for whatever reason; this happens even in the best regulated families as we all know.

A walk-through would be too complicated, so we will dispense with that and just say: there are 4 bedrooms; 2 doubles, a single and [tucked up under the roof] a twin single dormitory. 5 bathrooms are to be found - at least one on all levels and two on the bedroom floor.

The lowest level is home to kitchen with bench dining, a more formal dining setting and the TV viewing area. [This last is open right up through the second storey]. Across a wide hallway are the livingroom, with it's floor to ceiling windows providing wonderful ocean views, a library with research facilities, the family office, and the main bathroom.

Second level is given over to all things entertainment - whether that be exercise, music/dance or gaming. There is a well-stocked dry bar, a 'bubble room and the second bathroom, designed with the emphasis on privacy of use. A small mezzanine looks down on the central hallway on the ground floor.

Third level: The 3 bedrooms already mentioned; plus 2 bathrooms and a large painting/sculpting studio. The master bedroom has exclusive access to the BBQ landing on this level; this tiled area stretches around 3 sides of the house and has also been provided with loungers and sun umbrellas. The main access is via a stone stair from the rear deck.

Top level is home to the dormitory bedroom, a small sittingroom with suspended TV and the final bathroom. Access between floors is gained by either a spiral stair originating at one end of the kitchen or by elevator located on the other side of the house, to the right of the entry.

Outdoors: the pool and 2 hot tubs may be accessed from either the front of the lot, from the door in the kitchen, [a small al fresco meal area is adjacent] or from the rear of the house via a double sliding door at the end of the main hall. There is seating facing the sea on the edge of the deck near the hot tubs . . and also behind the stairs to the upper landing.

Rounding off the features of Ambitions is a deep pondage with a gazebo in a prime location to make best use of the view.

Ambitions was built on the 40x40 lot at 500 Sunnyside Blvd. SV. It requires a flat lot.
