Price Unfurnished: 34000

Price Furnished: 38000

Furnished: Fully

Decorated: Throughout

Bedrooms: 4

Bathrooms: 3

Stories: 4

Lot Size: 30x30

Other items used in this creation:

A mill that ran like clockwork, or a clockwork factory operating as a mill? No-one knows or cares because it's now semi-derelict and overgrown - in need of loving restoration by a discerning Sim. IGNORE THE LINKS BELOW (they're broken for some reason) - the stairs will come with the lot and you don't need to download them separately. If you want the stairs ONLY, they're featured on my minisite main page.

Additional Notes:

Where plants are growing through walls, that is by design. Don't hit me - I wanted it this way! ;-).

Ah, you've done it again...lol. Adding some much needed grit to game. I've got one side of Riverview that's reserved for your lots only. This will make a fab addition. Thanks in advance!
