I have not buy sims3 for myself yet and i play evi's copy when she allows me... So I do not have much time to create... So far I have uploaded a couple of hellenic lots for you that you have really enjoyed playing them in sims2 game... Have fun!...

As a teacher I have long vacations every summer but a very busy program during the rest of the year. This is the case I do not upload as often as other creators do.... From now and till the end of August (I hope) I will create and upload a number of modern homes. Besides, I love working on my bright new computer! As you have noticed my favourite theme is Greece... Lately I made the walls and the 2 mosaic floors for my Agora lot... I always start with the walls and floors when I have a lot in my mind... For the Greek costumes I have used ELENA'S towel mesh!... Some ingame screenshots:

Deadly Fires Sweep Greece

The last few days deadly fires are sweeping Greece. 63 people have died so far, a lot more are missing and over of 110 villages and small towns have been burned. Even Athens was in danger.
We are dealing with a National catastrophe which is still in process and right now we are in a nationwide state of emergency.

I have been working on this almost to months. I wanted to bring a real Mykonos feeling and
these of you who have seen the Greek Mykonos Island's pics you know what I mean. I needed
a few greek signs so I had to create (recolor) the CCs I have used in it. It is a
community lot almost 5MB with restaurants, openair markets, cafes, disco, pool... even
rooms to let!... It is built in different levels with no hacks. I am proud of the result

and I really have fun "walking" my sims into it.

I am very happy of being a SA! I was not expecting it since I still believe I am more of a player than a creator. Nevertheless by becoming a SA... my creative desire has been awaken! Lol... I love creating Greek themes for a purpose: To use them in my lots. I spend hours and hours, days and days "building" my lots. I spend a lot of time for the details in them. I pretend I am a sim and walk in them, seeing the different angles. I love "building"!

I have to tell you that I am not a creator... I am just a gamer who loves playing the sims! When I create a family I also create the story in my mind ( I know most of you do too) and then I picture their home... All the houses I have created they are the result of this process... For some of them I am proud and this is why I decided to upload them at TSR. For my needs I create the walls and floors... Even the swimwear as I did lately. I do not usually create clothes...I download hundreds of them during weekends lol. But when I did my Beach Bar lot I pictured these semi tranparent swimwear and I made them...
