Lot Submission Requirements

1. Your picture must represent the actual lot.

Whatever is shown in your Lot previews MUST be included. Package files (.package) do not pack with the lot, so you cannot use these.

2. Custom Content external Sites

If you use Content from external sites, this MUST be allowed by the external site owners. If we find that you are including content in your lot expressly forbidden by the external site owner you may be banned from submitting future lots to TSR., Make sure you check external Site Policies. This includes "No Pay Site" "Do Not re-upload to other sites". If they say must remain free, this content is also not allowed, as TSR is a Pay site. You must List external content with credits and a link EVEN if included in the lot.

3. External Links

No more than 8 External (NOT Including TSR, EA, or EA Store Items) links are allowed to be pictured nor used in previews or otherwise provided on Lots. You may NOT place links to non PG-13 Sites.

4. Presentation

All Lots must have a clear picture of the outside and inside of the lot. The outside front view of the lot needs to be the first picture at the top. Nighttime Screen Shots or Dark Screenshots will be rejected. Although not a requirement, it can help downloaders place your lot if you mention where you built it (ie neighborhood name, even maybe address). Also a screenshot of the floor plan is always nice.

5. Screen size

All Pictures for lots must be in the 4:3 ratio when uploading. The smallest being 800 x 600 and the largest being 1024 x 768.

6. Photoshop

Overly photoshopped previews will be rejected. You must represent how it will look in game to the downloader. Overly "dressed up" pictures will be rejected as well. By that we mean too much frame, border, over sized text etc.

7. Gridlines

Do not submit Lots with Gridlines in the pictures. These will be rejected.

8. Necessary Notes and Expansion Listings

Please list all the expansion and stuff packs you have installed. You must list these even if you have not used all for the lot.

9. Testing

Please ensure that you test your lot BEFORE uploading to TSR.

10. General

• No Sims can be included in the Lot for upload. We do Not accept households.
• TSR will reject any zipped lots over 50MB.
