It doesn't change the color of the sky from blue to grey if it's raining. I know I had to uninstall Seasons because it kept making my game flash from clear to overcast on my bad graphics card, it might be a problem with your graphics, not sure that might cause that. The thing with the sun, I forgot to mention it's just like the real sun, you might have to pan the camera some to find it but it will be there. Depending on where your lot is in the neighborhood that is the position of it in the sky. On some lots it's to the far right, and on others it's to the far left.
