Inspired by Louis Kahn's Yale Center for British Art (1973), this modern urban structure fits the museum community lot, and incorporates the Diner and Bookstore with a public museum, library and fitness center (use 'change lot type' to choose the best buff for your sims). Features an on-site nursery so adults can be active while kids play or sleep; a sunken flower garden; and sky-lit top floor. 2016 s.t. [square tiles]. Play-tested. By ARCHITECTURE FRAMED.
