A Qube-Designed 2 bedroom starter home for under $16,000!!! What next?

Designed as a companion lot to my non-cheat code stater home, 'New Day', Aspenwood offers 2 good sized bedrooms, a double-ensuite bath and a large open-plan living / dining room with kitchen pass-through. The vaulted ceilings offer a wonderful loft feel, and there's plenty of room for new modern furniture once your Sim gets a job. I really stretched the budget with this one, but managed to deliver a beautiful little starter home that your Sim might even want to stay in for a while. The lot is fully landscaped with two ponds, a private rear terrace with lovely patio set so your Sim can sit in the sun and relax right away. Both bedrooms are furnished, and the master suite features a beautiful platform bed and dresser (free sims3pack files, compliments of stylistsims.net.

The bed in the masterbedroom doesn't work properly for me. My sims sink in it and I have to reset them everytime. Maybe it's because I have pets installed.

got the new version of the windows at modthesims and it fixed the windows crashing the game \;\)

some of the windows in this house crash my game if I click on them in build mode...
any chance for a fix?
I went and checked the comments on the windows causing the crash here on this site and others have left comments about those windows causing their game to crash also.
