Description
When local celebrity Roser Red wanted to build a beach house, he asked for financial support from his twin brother Whiter Snow (who is also a local celebrity). Whiter agreed, on the condition that he also has a say in the overall design. Eventually, the two started to disagree on pretty much everything. Roser wanted the home to be fiery red. Whiter wanted it pure white. The designer they hired, Alyosha, fearing that the two would go on forever, decided to take matters into his own hands. The celebrity brothers eventually realized that red and white go well together.
This modern beachside home is built with the surrounding views in mind, thus the overwhelming number of windows. First floor: 1 kitchen and dining room, outdoor pool area and grill, 3-car garage, open entry yard. Second Floor: TV room. Third floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, karaoke, game and study room. Fourth floor: Gym with shower area, mini kitchen and dining area, extension of game room, master suite that includes a bathroom and walk-in dresser.
