Based on a design in Archetectural Digest, this expansive villa sits at the top of the exclusive Simmerly Hills circle. 5 bed/5.5 bath, plus a small vineyard out back. The Nautilus is a gorgeous collection of shops, Downtown. The second floor is a bar and dance club. The first floor has clothes, books, candles, jewelry, flowers, candy, stuffed animals, masks and fish for purchase and a too cute patio dining area. Beach Blast is a nifty bar and arcade located on the waterfront in fabulous Downtown. There is also an ice cream parlor and a fruit smoothie bar as well as a game room. You will need Hot Date, at least, but also Vacation as the boardwalk games are from there. I may also have used items from Unleashed, SuperStar and Makin Magic, but at worst you will get the "missing objects" warning and it should not affect your game.
