- A common reason is when someone with an old membership tries to log in/subscribe again after a long time away from the site. September 19 we updated our cookies and you need to clear out your cookies and make sure you accept our new in order for log in/resubscribe to work. For information on how to clear/set your cookies, see our log in guide.
- Another problem is that the password and e-mail for log in are case sensitive. Make sure that your caps lock is not activated when you log in.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can have it sent to you by using our password retriever.
