You'd think a man of 43 would have better things to do than play a video game in his spare time! Well, I like to think of it as more of a hobby or pastime, especially since it keeps me creatively engaged. Having been educated as a scientist, it appeals to my intellectual and rational nature as well...truthfully, though, I'm just a big kid and I just refuse to grow up. LOL
I've rekindled my fondness for the game, after a long break from Simming and TSR, through my love of storytelling and architecture.
