I am a 57 year old who just got the internet and have discovered a whole new wonderful and very confusing world.

I have three cats - two calicos (Squeaker (like the picture) and Calicat) and one gray striped tabby (Tazarina). I also have a black/white/cream American cocker spanial named Lucky (as he is lucky to survive puppyhood with the cats). My new roommate has four children (thus the internet) and a guinea pig named Muffin. It is a very busy household.

I have played Sims and Sims2 since they came out. My students first got me hooked and my interest has grown ever since. It is a stress releif for me - a way of escaping into another world that I can control (well at times). I love it! I am semi-retired now, so I have much more time to play.

This site is a godsend for me. All my houses and furniture were looking the same. This has opened up so many new possiblities. I think it is wonderful that everyone is so willing to share their creations. I have been inspired to create two new towns - one all castles and the other all victorians. With all the awesome artists, I can wait to furnish them!

I have no computer skills - well, I can click a mouse - so I have had to play with what was in the expansion packs. I would like to learn how to do things on my own and then I can pay back and share with others.

I look forward to using this site a lot and hope to 'meet' some new people here. I look forward to hearing from anyone.
