I first discovered The Sims while at a video store and I rented the game for a week on Xbox. I loved it and went out and bought it, then along came Bustin Out and shortly after that The Urbz. I would stay up until the early hours of the morning playing the games. As time went by I wasnt playing as much and was concentrating on creating music with some software I had bought so The Sims took a back seat and eventually during a clear out of my stuff, I sold the games. I didnt think much about it after that.

Just a couple of years ago I saw The Sims PC version on a sale table of a gaming store. I had never played it on PC before and this pre-played game quickly led to me seeking out the expansion packs for it. I heard about all the custom content on the net and now have several back up discs of stuff for my game. It really does improve the game! And it is so nice of the talented artists to share their creations with everyone.

I have now purchased The Sims 2 Deluxe and soon will be getting some stuff packs and expansions for it, and looking for some custom content as well. Will I buy The Sims 3? I dont know but for now I am enjoying TS1 and TS2.

I dont play much now as I have a family, but sometimes when its quiet here I will play for an hour or 2.......which soon becomes 4 LOL
