Woohoo is still virtually the same, and from what I can tell there are no more 'love' interactions on the bed. The 'good kisser' trait just gives moodlets to the kissed sim that last longer than other 'kisses'.

Lip Glosses? The customizing options are limitless. You can make as many lip glosses as you want.

As far as the bistro, the sim walks inside and brings food out then takes it back inside. It's kind of crummy.
