Hello!! My name is Heather, I'm 22 and married to the most amazing man of all time!!!!!!! We both grew up in northern Colorado but now we live in the south east part of South Carolina, he's in the navy so that's where we're stationed, he's been here since February of 2009, I've been here since August of 2009 and we'll be re stationed in about 3 months. Military life is bitter sweet, the government really takes care of their employees and their families money wise, but he will always be gone, and that sucks but he's only doing it for the next 5-7 years :)
I've recently become interested in being a hair dresser or cosmetologist, only because it's something i could learn easily, enjoy and the schooling is cheap and quick. After that I'd be able to get a job that pays more than minimum wage and go to school majoring in business and minoring in some sort of animal sciences, some day I'd LOVE to open my own no-kill animal shelter!!! :-) I think it'd mostly be cats and dogs, I don't think I'd have the means to bring in horses or anything of that sort.
My hobbies? I've been learning to knit and by NO means am I any good yet, but I'm getting there :). I LOVE to write stories, fictional, usually about teenage/young adult girls struggling through life and finding strength in their friends.
