Hi! Here's my very first Sims 3 story. Enjoy!

It was just another quiet evening in Sunset Valley. Together with a lonely nightingale the sea was singing a drowsy lullaby. As the night sneaked closer, lights were turned off in the houses and the town fell asleep. In the mountains, away from the rest of the town stood a house that had been uninhabited for years before Rae Westbrook moved in several months ago. Still, after tonight this house was going to be empty again. Though it was late, Rae wasn't sleeping. She was talking on the phone, pacing around the room restlessly.
"Yes, I'm coming home. I'll be there in the morning...I'm fine, Eric...No, I'll take a taxi...Yes..."
"Are you sure about this, Rae?" Asked her husband on the other side of the phone. "You sound tired. Maybe you should wait until morning..."
"No, Eric." The thought of having to stay in this town another night scared her. "I have already bought the tickets. It's over now and I just want to come home to you and Natalie."
"Alright. See you in the morning, then."
"Give Natalie a goodnight kiss from me."
"I will."
Rae sighed as she hung up the phone.
She would see her little girl tomorrow. This was the only thing that brought her a little comfort.
It was over now. She should have felt relieved. All these months of hiding and lying and having to stay away from her daughter were over. She had made up the worst lies to cover up the mistake she had made last summer but now she would go home and everything would be normal again. No lies. Just this one secret she would have to keep for the rest of her life.
It was impossible not to think about that night so many months ago. That night was the reason why everything was how it was now.
That night, Rae had been out with her girlfriends celebrating her 32th birthday. It was the first time she had left Natalie home with the nanny. Eric was away on a business trip. She met a man. He told her she was beautiful. He was young and handsome. She was drunk.
Too drunk to remember how she ended up in his bedroom.
Rae would have never thought she could cheat on her husband. She wasn't that kind of a woman. She was good. A good wife. Honest. Committed. Reasonable.
But it still happened.
The next morning she woke with a horrible headache. She got dressed and left, planning to forget everything that had happened. She didn't even know the man's name.
Eric would never find out. She would never tell him. Rae was overwhelmed with guilt, of course, but that had been the plan. She'd believed that after a few months she wouldn't even remember that night. She had been wrong.
A voice from the bedroom brought Rae back to reality. She closed her eyes and waited. She didn't want to open the bedroom door. Her mind was reluctant to do it. Yet her heart was so willing that she couldn't stop herself. "It can't make it worse if I just hold him once more," she lied to herself, reaching for the baby in the crib. "Shhhh...don't cry, little one, don't cry. I'm here. It's okay. Mommy's here."
Holding back the tears, Rae knew that every second she spent holding her newborn son in her arms was going to make it harder for her.
But there was no way back. The decision had been made. Rae would return home tomorrow. Alone.
