Here is a lovely little Victorian for some of your smaller lots. This home is perfect for a single Sim or a couple.The home has a two car carport and the vintage car is included. The colorful rose colored exterior presents charm to any neighborhood and one can just see their Sim sitting in the porch swing on the front porch. The interior is done in shades of rose, burgandy and sage green. There is a small foyer with a double staircase, a living/media room, a full bath, kitchen and a separate dining room. The master bedroom and attached bath are upstairs. There is also a office and in the upstairs foyer is a chess area. This home was built at 2300 Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley. Enjoy!
