There is an issue with this house. It doesn't "let" my sims move in. It just loads for a long time and never lets them in. I placed it in the correct lot and everything. After encountering this problem I thought I could move it to a different lot, and it ended up doing the same thing. It's really enfuriating because I spent like 3 hours fixing it up to be a Gothic Coastal house only to be unable to use it.

The only issue I noticed was that the sim would have to run up the hill and go on the roadside in order to get in a car (if the house is placed in the recuve strand lot). Other than that the sims lived fine. Maybe the issue came about when you fixed it to be a gothic home? Anyways, my apologies nonetheless for the inconvenience. Is there anybody else who experienced this issue? If so please message me so I can figure out what the problem is.
