Description
Madi Heights 'old' Sims Motel, now ready to reopen with a spa/workout area and games room added. Lobby, pool, cafe, and bar/lounge are still open. Parks 4 cars. Rooms need some work, so have fun! Add a 2nd floor! Over 12 baths. I lost count! 5 x 6 lot.

I love this and I'm going to try it out as my first business endeavor in my brand new OFB (which I have no clue how to play yet). That sign is so perfectly cheesy -- "Color TV"! Shades of the '60s! I'll place it on the most remote back road I can find, and on the lot right next to it, with neighbor view enabled, the spookiest old mansion I can find. If you get my hint, there, Norman. "A boy's best friend is his mother." Mwaaahahahahahahaaaa!
