What's coming?

Blog post added Aug 12, 2009 | 11 comments

I'm currently working on those windows below for Sims 3. :) They will soon become available for download when the Workshop is ready to produce object meshes.

Windows 2x1

Windows 1x1

And here's a very close-up render to show the texture detail.

There will be probably also doors and door frames. ;)

Sims 3 object meshes!

Blog post added Jul 30, 2009 | 11 comments

Yes, it's possible now. :D

Credits go to WesHowe, the Jones and Echo for their tools which made this possible. Thanks! However this is still very experimental stuff! Hopefully the process can be made much simpler in TSR Workshop and not so limited.

This living chair isn't yet finished. Need further tweaking.

An Approach to TS3 Patterns

Blog post added Jun 04, 2009 | 12 comments

I'm experimenting with custom patterns for The Sims 3 since two days and these are the results so far.

Royal Damask (wall and sofa)

Laced Paper Cloth (wall)

And my favourite so far: Coiling Tulips (wall)

I'll upload as soon TSR's tool for making patterns is available. :) Hope you like them!

Olivier Set

Blog post added May 26, 2009 | 2 comments

The new update is the Olivier Set which contains bench, seat, book & cup, picture, pillow with towel, pillow, sculpture, vase, woodfloor and paneling. The speciality is the decoration slots on the bench and one on the set where you can put clutter on. The two pillow versions fit exactly four times on the bench. Recolors to follow.

Additionally, the Bobbley Chair has been set free for four weeks. The set Birch Tree Seasons is free till May 28. :)

Happy simming!

I have to have a break from all the tree-meshing. ;) So I started with this little set. It's still a 3D render, nothing imported yet.

Bamboo Sets

Blog post added Apr 17, 2009 | 1 comments

Now here are the bamboo sets. One for Seasons and the other one for Base game as usual. :) The features:

  • Seasons compatible set: The bamboo change their appearance with seasons and weather + two recolors
  • Base Game compatible set: Two recolors to mimic seasons + two other recolors
  • Correct display in neighborhood view (like the Maxis trees)
  • Repository technique: You only have to recolor the BASE birch to have recolors for all birches
  • Low-poly

Happy simming. :)

Accidentally the SFH Stove wasn't properly recolorable. I'd like to ask you to reload it again if you wish to use recolors for this stove. My biggest thanks goes to Numenor who has rescued me out of misery (once again *blush*). I've set the stove free for four weeks. All free items for four weeks are:

You need to download them individually. Sorry for the inconvenience.

IR Office Table Lamp Recolors

Blog post added Mar 22, 2009 | 0 comments

I'm very sorry that the IR Office Table Lamp wasn't recolorable until today. Fortunately there is DOT! Yay! She helped me to make the lamp recolorable. Thank you DOT. :) I've made a couple of recolors to be published today. Important:

You need to reload the IR Office Table Lamp mesh in order to use the recolors.

Again, sorry for these inconveniences. :(
